But really how can a family of 4 eat an entire 28' pizza let alone 3 of them. And asked what I was waiting for and I explained to them my name was never called for our pizza and they they were claiming we had already received and they had supposedly remade it 3 times. So I did and next thing I know security and the guy that manages the bar and grill told us we couldn't be in the area we were in. So my husband was furious and came and asked me to go speak with them. Then they told him a manager wanted to speak with him and said theu had already remade our pizza 3 other times. So my husband went up and asked about it and they stated that their system went down and they were sorry but our pizza would be out in about 15 to 20 minutes. Also we ordered a 28' pizza for $46 from the snack shake and 2 hours had went by and my name still hadn't been called saying our pizza was ready. I paid $171 for our room and $36 for 4 of us to play in the Waterpark. Also wristbands are no longer included with your room.
It actually woke me up at 5 in the morning. I could here the guys whole entire phone conversation in the room next to us.
